How can we help?
You don’t need to be at home when one of our lawn experts visits to treat your lawn. You will be notified well in advance of the date set for the visit, so all we ask is that if you are going to be out, you leave any gates/doors unlocked that we will need to have access to and also that any pets are safely shut away.
We offer a convenient package system for ongoing lawn care, which means you can pay monthly to keep your lawn thriving all year round. You can choose whether to pay annually or in easy monthly direct debits.
If you cancel our services then your monthly payments will be cancelled and any remaining balance collected for a seamless transition.
The initial visit date will be arranged following your first booking. Following our first visit, you will then be notified of the next upcoming treatment date.
We understand that dates sometimes may need to be changed. If this is the case then please contact your local lawn expert to rearrange the date of the visit. The details of your local expert can be found on our website or alternatively on your invoice.
